RETURNS AND ELIGIBILITY

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with packaging intact. Certain items, such as opened perfumes, products without original packaging, or items damaged due to misuse, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and product integrity standards.

DAMAGED ITEMS AND REFUND PROCESS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images for verification. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost. After receiving and inspecting returned items, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

SHIPPING COSTS AND SUPPORT

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. For any return or refund-related queries, our support team is available and aims to respond within 24–48 hours to assist you promptly.
